How to edit a PDF

  1. Upload your PDF. Drop the document into the box.
  2. Add elements. Use the toolbar to add text, an image, or a signature (draw, type, or upload).
  3. Position them. Drag each element where you want it, resize with the corner handle, and double-click text to edit.
  4. Download. Everything is baked into a new PDF, generated and downloaded right in your browser.

What you can add

Text boxes let you fill in forms, add notes or labels — change the font size and color from the side panel. Images place a logo, stamp or photo anywhere on the page. Signatures can be drawn with your mouse or finger, typed in a cursive font, or uploaded from a scan of your real signature.

Frequently asked questions

How do I add text or a signature?

Open your PDF, then use the toolbar to Add Text, Add Signature, or Add Image. Each item appears on the current page as a movable box — drag it where you want, resize it with the corner handle, and double-click text to edit it.

Can I add elements to more than one page?

Yes. Use the page navigation arrows to move between pages. Anything you place stays pinned to its page, and everything is baked into the final PDF when you download.

What signature styles are supported?

You can draw with your mouse or touch screen, type your name using a professional cursive font, or upload a clear photo/scan of your handwritten signature.

Is this a legally binding electronic signature?

This tool provides a simple electronic signature by embedding an image into the PDF. While sufficient for many informal uses, it may not meet the strict requirements for certain high-stake legal or financial documents (like eIDAS or ESIGN compliance).

Are my documents and signatures safe?

Yes. Your PDF, text and signatures are processed entirely within your web browser. Nothing is ever sent to or stored on our servers.
